We're now looking for a curious and motivated Junior/Graduate Software Engineer to join our Platform team in Stavanger. This is a great opportunity to start your career at the heart of a large-scale IoT system that handles hundreds of millions of messages every day. You'll work closely with experienced engineers, learn from some of the best, and grow into a role where you help us keep our platform scalable, secure, and future-ready.

• Collaborate with skilled engineers to build and maintain our cloud infrastructure and internal tooling.
• Support the team with programming tasks and automation - you'll get hands-on experience with technologies like Azure, Kubernetes, SQL, Postgres, ScyllaDB, and ClickHouse.
• Contribute to our CI/CD pipelines, observability stack, and system monitoring.
• Explore and learn across multiple areas - from databases and DevOps practices to IoT messaging and backend systems.
• Be part of a cross-functional, friendly, and ambitious team that values collaboration and knowledge sharing.

You've recently graduated or are early in your software engineering career, eager to learn and curious about how large-scale systems work behind the scenes. You enjoy solving technical puzzles, asking questions to deepen your understanding, and working with others to contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.

As for the skills required for this job

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Some experience (or strong interest) in cloud infrastructure, automation, or backend development.
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge - Go experience is a plus, but not required.
• A genuine interest in cloud and distributed systems.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Norwegian is a plus.
