We are seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to drive consistency in the use of probabilistic risk-assessment frameworks across functional SME teams to enable prompt leadership decision-making for utility-scale renewable investments. In this role, you will work closely with NEER Late-Stage developers, originators, and multiple key functional SMEs across the NextEra Energy Resources organization to consistently evaluate and communicate risks effectively as projects move through the Management Approvals process for a final investment decision or as commercial deals move through the Deal Approval process for execution of the agreements. Additionally, you will be expected to challenge assumptions, validate risk assessments, ensure comprehensive analysis of all critical project elements, maintain active feedback loops between leadership and the working teams, and develop comprehensive perspectives that accurately communicate true risk profiles of NEER Development projects.
