Job Description

As our new Student Assistant for People & Culture, Transitional Energies division, you will act as a strong support and work closely with the Lead HR Business Partner. You will be able to influence your own work and have a broad variety of tasks.

Your place of work will be at our Global HQ located in Esbjerg, the hub of the Danish energy industry, right on the waterfront - views do not get any better than this. The position is part-time, and we expect you to work approximately 15-20 hours per week within the frame of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Your tasks & responsibilities
You will mainly be assisting our Lead HR Business Partner in the Transitional Energies division with different tasks and projects.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Creating presentation material like PowerPoints
- Occasionally assist with creating job postings in cooperation with the Hiring Managers or through inquiries and posting them on relevant platforms
- Administrative tasks such as inviting candidates for interviews, sending tests, booking meetings, etc.
- Employer branding activities at universities, career fairs, etc.
- Handling a variety of ad hoc tasks and assignments
- Supporting and adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards, in all activities
Your profile & qualifications
As a person we imagine that you enjoy working with people and is eager to learn and develop.
To succeed in this position, we imagine that you:
- Are undergoing a relevant education and have at least 1 year left
- Are fluent in Danish and English through strong written and verbal communication skills
- Can work independently and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Are well-organized and structured
- Are service-minded
- Have great IT-skills and experience working with MS Office
