We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our Business Unit Wind. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing ENERCON's market approach, driving country-level growth strategies, and ensuring operational excellence across regions. As a strong communicator, you are capable of engaging with senior leadership and presenting strategic insights to the board.

This position can be filled anywhere in Europe with an ENERCON office.

Your Tasks

  • Strategic Governance & Project Leadership: Govern and steer strategic initiatives within the Business Unit and ensure alignment with corporate transformation goals as well as preparing and presenting strategic updates and recommendations to the board and upper management
  • Market Strategy & Execution: Develop, roll out and execute strategies for individual countries, including practical entry and expansion guides to drive revenue growth, and monitor measurable impact. Leading go-to-market activities to identify new business opportunities belongs as well to your responsibilities
  • Strategic Product & Market Enablement: Shape product and portfolio direction in line with market requirements and drive supply chain optimization to enhance regional competitiveness and cost efficiency
  • Operational Excellence: Define and track operational milestones and KPIs (on-time, on-cost, on-quality) and align regional organizational structures with market strategy to increase efficiency and support scalable growth
  • Customer Engagement: Participate in customer events and support ENERCON's representation in external engagements

Your Qualifications

  • Proven experience in market strategy, business development, or strategic project leadership in in the energy or wind industry
  • Background in business or strategy consulting is a plus
  • Experience in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
  • Fluency in English and German; additional languages (e.g.Spanish, French) are an asset
  • Strong analytical and planning skills with a track record of driving measurable business outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership and boards
  • High level of empathy and emotional intelligence, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and foster collaboration
