We are looking for a creative and motivated Intern or Working Student to support our marketing activities for home energy storage products. This role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution within a fast-growing and innovative business unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Localize and adapt marketing content across social, website, email, and event materials, ensuring consistent brand voice.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital channels.
  • Support content creation for social media, website, and newsletters (text, visuals, and videos), both for global and regional channels, and support community management.
  • Maintain marketing calendars and coordinate approvals with global and regional stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with regional product and sales team and collect updates / feedback timely and share with HQ marketing team.
  • Collaborate on product marketing initiatives, including presentations and promotional materials.
  • Support regional events & webinars (logistics, vendors, shipment, speaker coordination, on-site support where applicable).
  • Manage and follow up on leads generated from various events and campaigns, ensuring timely communication and proper tracking in CRM tools.
  • Assist in the digital advertising, including but not limited to Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Conduct market and competitor research and summarize insights into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative and creative mindset, combined with good communication skills.
  • Ideally, first practical experience in Marketing.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Experience with editing and design tools (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop) or social media management tools highly desirable; ideally, first experience in marketing automation programs such as Pardot, Marketo or HubSpot for mailings as well as WordPress for websites.
  • Experience in digital advertising targeting audience in Europe (esp. Germany and Italy) with proven results would be an advantage.
  • Good command of German and English; Italian would be a plus.

Your Backpack is Filled With

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical customer service, technical support, or field service - ideally in the PV or energy storage sector.
  • Practical experience with PV and battery system installation, commissioning, or diagnostics is a strong asset.
  • Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear and customer-friendly manner.
  • Familiarity with PV system design tools, monitoring platforms, and remote troubleshooting methodologies.
  • High customer orientation with excellent communication skills across various customer types (installers, homeowners, O&M providers).
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Fluent English, additional languages are a plus.
