Hvad de gør
Axpo er den største producent af vandkraft i Schweiz og har udviklet sig fra en dominerende vandkraftvirksomhed til en diversificeret udbyder af vedvarende energi. Virksomheden driver omkring 60 vandkraftværker, der producerer over halvdelen af landets vedvarende energi. Projekter & Resultater
Blandt Axpos bemærkelsesværdige projekter er vandkraftværket Beznau, der har været i drift siden 1908, samt Eglisau ved Rhinen, som blev bygget i 1920. Det 1.000 MW Limmern pumpelagerkraftværk i Glarner Alperne har været i drift siden 2016. Blandt de igangværende projekter er 200 MWp Vilecha solkompleks i Spanien, som forventes at producere 377.000 MWh årligt til 100.000 mennesker inden første kvartal 2026. Andre betydningsfulde projekter inkluderer 24,8 MW Lålax vindmøllepark i Finland og AlpinSolar-anlægget, der siden august 2022 har produceret 3,3 millioner kWh årligt (source: axpo.com).
Nuværende udviklinger
I de seneste to år har Axpo færdiggjort 200 MWp Vilecha solkompleks i Spanien, som blev annonceret den 25. november 2025. Axpo has been operating in the Polish market for over 20 years now. It employs about 260 people and is one of the largest independent offtakers of green energy. Customers in Poland benefit from tailor-made offers for the purchase and supply of energy and gas based on structured and long-term contracts. Axpo Polska also provides services to more than 25,000 companies from the small and medium-sized enterprises segment and, since April 2020, it has only been offering energy with a certified origin from renewable energy sources. While supporting energy transition in Poland, the Company also implements large-scale photovoltaic projects.
Currently we are looking for: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Your responsibilities
- Manage and drive end-to-end recruitment processes at Axpo, from role intake to offer and onboarding support
- Act as a single point of contact for hiring managers within the assigned business areas
- Partner with hiring managers and the recruitment team to design and execute effective sourcing strategies
- Proactively suggest and implement new recruitment tactics to attract high-quality talent
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend ways to simplify, optimize, and enhance recruitment processes, procedures, and tools
- Build and continuously expand a professional network within the energy sector and relevant talent markets
- Ensure an excellent and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Maintain clear, timely, and transparent communication with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
Our requirements
- A university degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or Economics
- Experience in direct sourcing techniques (including LinkedIn Recruiter), job boards, and talent mapping
- Experience in partnering with hiring managers and business stakeholders
- Knowledge of end‑to‑end recruitment and best talent acquisition practices
- A solid understanding of both candidate experience principles and employer branding
- Ability to develop and execute creative sourcing strategies in competitive talent markets
- Ability to build trust and communicate clearly with both candidates and stakeholders
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- Comfort with working in dynamic environments
- High professionalism and integrity when handling sensitive information
- Languages: Polish (fluent), English (fluent)
