- Escalate business-critical risks, unresolved blockers, customer concerns, and material deviations through the appropriate governance channels.
- Support structured resolution of issues and conflicts affecting the successful delivery of assigned projects.
Reporting and Delivery Governance
- Provide accurate status updates, forecasts, progress measurements, and management reporting throughout project execution.
- Maintain project documentation, decisions, actions, risks, changes, and delivery evidence in the relevant company systems.
- Ensure compliance with applicable delivery processes, approval requirements, governance practices, quality standards, and company policies.
- Ensure that agreed deliverables and acceptance criteria are completed before project closure.
- Close projects in a structured manner, including completion confirmation, handover, financial follow-up, and documentation of outstanding obligations where applicable.
Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes, tools, templates, reporting, and ways of working.
- Identify recurring delivery problems, bottlenecks, and unclear ownership and propose practical improvements.
- Capture and share lessons learned and good practices from completed projects.
- Support standardization and consistent execution across customer, vessel, and fleet deliveries.
- Participate in cross-functional improvement initiatives related to delivery quality, lead time, customer experience, operational efficiency, and project transparency.

Analytical and structured approach to schedules, risks, dependencies, costs, and delivery data.
Strong stakeholder-management and customer-communication skills.
Ability to communicate complex delivery situations clearly and practically.
Proactive approach to problem-solving, escalation, and follow-up.
Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to changing customer, vessel, and operational requirements.
Commercial awareness and understanding of the relationship between scope, schedule, cost, quality, and customer expectations.
Ability to influence and coordinate contributors without relying on direct line authority.
Collaborative working style, high integrity, accountability, and customer focus.
Willingness and ability to learn new products, technologies, systems, and delivery models.
Role Scope and Impact
The Agreement Delivery Manager independently coordinates more complex individual-vessel deliveries and fleet-level delivery programmes. The role contributes directly to delivery performance through structured planning, effective stakeholder coordination, risk-aware execution, reliable reporting, and efficient use of resources.
The position does not necessarily perform every technical or operational delivery activity directly. Instead, the Agreement Delivery Manager ensures that responsibilities are clear, dependencies are managed, required actions are progressed, and the different contributors work together toward successful delivery.
The Agreement Delivery Manager may also support less-experienced colleagues by sharing delivery practices, tools, lessons learned, and practical guidance. This does not imply formal line-management responsibility unless separately specified in the organization structure.
Additional Information
The responsibilities listed above are illustrative and not exhaustive. The position holder may be assigned other reasonable responsibilities consistent with the purpose and level of the role.
