Project Manager- Renewable Energy Sector (Photovoltaic/Wind) - Italy

Important about the vacancy: The position requires occasional travel to Italy and will primarily work on international projects, mostly from Italy. An advanced level of English or Italian is mandatory.

Key Qualifications

• A degree in Industrial Engineering or a related Engineering field.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar roles, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
• Exceptional management, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the national photovoltaic/wind sector.
• Proficiency in English (B2 - C1 level).

Responsibilities

• Define clear and precise project scopes, outlining objectives, deliverables, and necessary resources.
• Effectively communicate project details to the team, ensuring understanding and alignment with project significance.
• Develop detailed plans including activity sequences, task durations, and resource allocation, ensuring project objectives are met.
• Set and communicate specific, measurable objectives for each task or project phase.
• Oversee ongoing tasks to ensure efficient progress, adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
• Proactively address unexpected issues or scope changes, identifying and implementing timely and effective solutions.
