Senior Specialist – Supply Chain Resilience

In this role, you’ll facilitate & lead the strategic program on development of a new Supply Chain Resilience Framework for KKWS. This framework will help manage and reduce supply chain risks, fostering awareness and responsibility across the entire KKWS Organization. Secondly, the program is expected to run several sub-projects of selected topics of supply chain resilience improvements. This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated individual to make an impact in a high-growth company!

Responsibilities

• Program management of the Supply Chain Resilience strategic program
• Project Management of selected Supply Chain Resilience improvement activities e.g. Inventory Model
• Facilitation of the development & alignment of the KK Supply Chain Resilience Reference Model
• Drive approaches that balance resilience & cost based on the E2E risk management strategy
• Expertise in defining requirement and governance for risk monitoring
• Expertise in defining & implementing Supply Chain Resilience KPI’s
• Expertise in defining requirement and structure for Supply Chain Resilience Reporting
• Facilitation of establishing & implementing risk assessment approach
• Stakeholder management covering across the entire KK business in execution of the program & engagement of relevant program participants
• Driver of management reviews of strategic initiatives

Our requirements

• Most likely to have at least 8 years of relevant work experience in addition to education in a relevant field
• Proven track record executing complex or specialized projects and activities that handles Supply chain risks
• Experience developing and implementing concepts & processes within Supply chain management
• Experience leading key strategies within a large business environment, with experience in a large discrete manufacturing environment strongly preferred
• Strong program management & stakeholder management skills
• High drive & robustness
