Context

Within the Risk & PnL Delivery Center, the Official Reporting team is in charge of providing, for GEMS, the tools for the daily reporting of the official Pnl numbers and the production of the mandatory risk indicators for the regulator.

Role

• Technical lead on the Official reporting team (about 15 people including 8-9 developpers)
• Define and put in place the target architecture in line with the SLA and evolution challenges
• Define the roles and responsibilities within the development team.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovation and process optimization

Hard skills

• Must have:
  • Proven development skills at Tech Lead level on:
  • C#
  • Amazon S3
  • SQL Server
  • Cloud (Azure)
  • Application Lifecycle Management
• Good to have:
  • Good knowledge on technical and applicative architecture.
  • Good knowledge on Risk & PnL functions

Soft skills

• Must have:

Education and professional background

• The candidate should have a master's degree and relevant experience in the IT field
• Good to have: previous experience in development of Risk functions in a Deal and Risk Management system

• Fluent in French
• Proficient in English

Travels

• Occasional travels between Brussels and Paris
