HR Manager Solar Trade

About the role

We are looking for a HR Manager based in Bangkok Thailand to support our solar trade team.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with trade business management to implement relevant HR strategies and initiatives.
• Provide support and coaching to leaders and employees on HR topics.
• Help foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the trade team.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Drive the implementation of initiatives to improve employee engagement.
• Ensure the smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Support the growth and development of employees in trade by conducting training needs analysis and designing and implementing learning solutions.
• Oversee and manage the annual performance appraisal process.
• Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform managers about regulatory changes.
• Prepare payroll information for our payroll provider.
• Ensure reporting to management on HR topics.

What You Bring

• At least 7 years of relevant HR experience in a global MNC environment with international teams
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in administration, laws or HR
• Experience as HRBP and managing the full employee cycle
• An experience in the distribution business is desired but not mandatory
