Job Summary

Solution Architect is a professional who solves complex problems in an organization by designing or modifying technology architecture and testing the integration of software in these designs for correct functionality.

Solution Architects are responsible for evaluating an organization's business needs and determining how IT can support those wants with software, hardware or infrastructure. This includes looking at the system as a whole, including information security architecture or application design and development needed to efficiently fulfill user demands.

Responsibilities

• Do the technical analysis, on a macro-architectural level, on each products user story documentation;
• Create the Solution Design for the User Stories / DERs assigned to him/her;
• Participate in the product refinements when needed or requested;
• Involve Technical Competence Centers when necessary to finalize the technical analysis of user stories;
• Participate on the MVP and Boosts technical analysis whenever indicated by the CSA;
• Guarantee the Product architectural documentation is up to date (N1, N2 and N3);
• At all application architecture designs, ensure alignment with:
  • Security rules, that includes RGDP, stablishing connection with the 'Security Area';
  • Hiring/License rules, that includes SaaS hiring by CPM/Cloud Portfolio Manager;
  • Reference/Strategy Architecture, defined here: Reference Architectures.
• Keep up-to-date with the technologies most relevant to the respective platform;
• Identify automation opportunities within DGU ways of working (mainly ours);
• Assist Portfolio Management on new licensing request evaluation, whenever delegated by his/her CSA;
• Assist Business Units on RFP elaboration and guidance, whenever delegated by his/her CSA;
• Identify new application creation opportunities and align them with his/her CSA;
• Identify new integration creation opportunities and align them with CCI.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with Functional Analysis of complex systems.
• Expirience with Stakeholders management
• Good Communication skills
• Good Active Listening skills
• Assertive sumarization of key findings
• Good reporting skills to remote managers
• Experience with Architectural Diagram Elaboration
