IT Service Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Main contact person for service provision and service quality
• Setting up, implementing and continuously developing and improving services
• Initiating and implementing operational service improvement measures
• Development and quality assurance of service descriptions (e.g. in the service catalogue)
• Monitoring and compliance with agreed KPIs, SLAs and OLAs and providing service reporting
• Monitoring and compliance with the service provision of partners & service providers
• Main contact person for the customer (e.g. questions, satisfaction, escalation) and interface between the customer and the IT organisation
• Communication of service changes, improvements and disruptions to the organisation
• Development and monitoring of possible IT service billing

Your qualifications

• Degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification with professional experience and broad, general IT knowledge
• Several years of professional experience in IT service management or comparable function with experience in dealing with IT sourcing contracts
• Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements in the energy sector (e.g. KritisV) with regard to IT sourcing and its implementation
• Expertise in ITIL processes
• German and English at an advanced level
• Ability to familiarise yourself with complex regulatory and contractual documents, to reproduce them in a comprehensible manner and to develop measures and tasks from them
