Project & Customer Manager (d/f/m)

Entrix and what we do Join us on our journey: To drive the smart and sustainable energy future, we are looking for a forward-thinking and experienced Project & Customer Manager (d/f/m) who will bring our customers’ assets online and accompany the customer after the go-live of their assets.

• Location: Munich, Germany
• Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (32 h), indefinite term
• Working Mode: Hybrid work setup (min. 3 days in the office, 2 days in home office) + Workation up to 3 weeks per year
• Language Requirement: C1 Level English and German

Your Responsibilities

You will bring our customers’ assets online and accompany the customer after the go-live. Upcoming projects entail the alignment of interfaces between Entrix, the customer site and the market operating bodies to fulfill the technical and regulatory requirements. After successful onboarding, staying close to the customer and watching financial and technical project performance is key to ensure Entrix’ long-lasting success.

• Be the main point of contact to customers and the internal go-to person for everybody working on the customer project
• Accompany customers through the process of bringing an asset live and after that during continuous asset operations
• Ensure customer satisfaction over time by summarizing and providing insights of product performance and financial results
• Support our customers on registrations, pre-qualifications, certifications, licenses, acceptance tests necessary for the assets' participation in energy markets

Your Profile

Mandatory Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience in relevant subject e.g. Engineering, Environmental, Planning, Project Management discipline
• Experience as customer facing project manager, technical project manager or similar role.
• Basic knowledge on financing, business planning, timeline management
• Basic technical understanding of energy and battery systems as well as power grid applications
• Proactive, creative and solution oriented with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills

Skills to Set You Apart

• Experience in the energy industry: Battery technology, PV/wind/storage project development; Asset management etc.
• Knowledge of Energy markets in Germany and/or Europe
• Experience in data analysis/science

• You are not willing to dive into technical or regulatory details where necessary
