The role

As the Vice President of Global HR at ENABL, you hold a pivotal role integral to our organization's very heart. This role is central to leading an ambitious transformation of people, culture, and organizational effectiveness that resonates with our business goals. It entails HR projects across our 4 strategic pillars:

  • World Class execution: Enhancing systems for efficiency, aligning tools with business goals, updating policies for agility, and streamlining processes for effectiveness. As part of this, finalize the implementation of TalentSoft and continue to refine the use of the system
  • Win with Expertise: Developing and supporting talents and building a career entry universe.
  • Customer in focus: Further develop HR partnering to add relevant value where and when needed.
  • OneCulture: Continuously seek to strengthen the ENABL culture and value proposition integration to strengthen internal engagement, retention, and leadership.

Your Primary Focus Areas Include

  • Represent the people and culture agenda within the ENABL Leadership Team.
  • Managing, developing, and motivating the global HR Team and succeeding through them. The Team consists of 13 direct reports and 4 indirect reports based in Denmark, Ukraine, Hungary, Bulgaria, and furthermore, with a dotted references from India.
  • Act as a primary change advocate to internal and external stakeholders. Focus on embedding cultural shifts within the organizational structure and workflows as you design engagement strategies that enhance buy-in and support for organizational transformation efforts.
  • Project Management, Performance Measurement & Analysis: Focus on integrating cultural shifts into the organizational structure and workflows, refining strategies with insights derived from performance data and organizational feedback. Additionally, project manage and synchronize the HR agenda, and ensuring strategic alignment.
  • Strategic Communications and Documentation: Responsible for coordinating and preparing documents, strategic messages and updates in close collaboration with Marketing.
  • Talent attraction: Take responsibility for a strong talent pipeline within all critical areas and branding ENABL as the place to be within the Wind Industry.

About you

  • Strategic Vision and Alignment: Proven ability to develop and implement strategies that influence organizational culture and performance.
  • Change Management Expertise: Deep understanding of change management principles and practices, particularly in how they apply to cultural transformations.
  • PMO & Analytical skills: Ability to use analytics to guide decisions and measure the impact of cultural change initiatives.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Good collaboration skills to build connections and team spirit within the leadership team and in the organization.
  • Leadership and Ethical Integrity: Significant leadership qualities, including inspiring trust and maintaining high ethical standards. Role model the company values.
