How to Contribute to Our Vision
- Assists in the development and implementation of the production road map for 3-5 years.
- Conducts SPS Screenings / Assessments and reviews key indicators.
- Drives and supports all Lean activities in the defined area of responsibility.
- Defines comprehensive standards, description of methods and development of documentation.
- Deploys and trains subject and method knowledge, and conducts and informs about best practice sharing.
- Realizes subject knowledge in the calculation of investment decisions resp. implementation plans.
- Participates in work groups / projects, and facilitates meetings, workshops and coaching from change processes and activities.
- Analyzes difficult processes / themes / disruptions.
- Evaluates costs / benefits of the project and controls measure implementation.
- Manages organization unit(s) assigned, and leads and/or coordinates dedicated management and staff.
What You Need to Make a Difference
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar roles
- Required experience in team management
- Strong knowledge of Office MS package
- Health and Safety certification will be an advantage Knowledge of SAP and Captor (would be an advantage)
- University degree in Industrial Engineering
- English level C1
