Client Management Operations & Maintenance (m/w/d)

We're looking for a sharp, organized, and driven professional to lead Client Management Operations & Maintenance for our portfolio of large-scale solar farms. Your Tasks

• Day to day management of a portfolio of large-scale solar farms
• Design and scheduling of annual preventive maintenance plans.
• Liaising with subcontractors – ordering materials, creating quotes, purchase orders, handle warranty claims and site documentation.
• Coordinate external and in-house teams for corrective actions
• Leading regular client meetings being the main point of contact
• Managing Spare Parts
• Reporting of activities to client and management team
• Manage fruitful relationships with all contractual parties
• Ensuring O&M contractual obligations are fulfilled
• Insurance claims and contracts management
• Financial review and forecasting
• Costs optimizations
• Contribution to PAC, IAC and FAC successful completion

Your profile

• Electrical Engineering University degree or similar
• 3 years Previous experience within the renewables industry in O&M, Asset Management, Design, or Project Management
• Experience with supervising teams of technicians
• Good knowledge on a technical level of PV systems and their components
• Experience with contracts negotiations and contracts management
• IT skills: Office 365 products and CRM/ERP software experience
• Your Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills and structured and well-organized method of work
