Senior Engineer, Softwareentwicklung (m/w/d)

Job Description

We are looking for a great front end developer who is proficient with React.js / Angular.js. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them for our cloud analytics offering. You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.

Areas of Responsibility / Tasks

In partnership with multiple stakeholders, you will focus on:

• Developing new user-facing features using React.js / Angular.js
• Writing tested and documented JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Make design and technical decisions for Angular/Reactjs projects with all the standards and best practices.
• Ensuring high performance and best user experience
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

Expectations for Skills & Experience

• Thorough understanding of React.js / Angular.js and its core principles
• Experience with popular React.js / Angular.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Knowledge of isomorphic React / Angular is a plus
• Expertise with HTML, CSS, and writing cross-browser compatible code
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Gitlab

Behavioral Competencies

• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to collaborate effectively in globally distributed teams and with third-party partners.
• Excellent technical writing skills to produce deployment guides, operational runbooks, and customer-facing documentation.

Qualifications and Additional Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, ECE, or related fields (B.E., B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA).
• Between 4-6years of experience required for Front End Developer role.
• 3+years must to have in React.js / Angular.js skills
• GCP certification is a plus.
