A Short Note from Your Future Lead
Julius Herter - Lead Trading & Energy Operations - LinkedIn
Hi there,
I joined Entrix in June 2022 as a Founder's Associate and ended up working across almost everything -fundraising, finance, ops, marketing, and now market operations.
What I've learned: energy trading only works if ops, finance, and tech work seamlessly together. That's exactly where this role sits.
What you can expect from me: maximum ownership and zero hand-holding (in a good way). If something's broken, we fix it. If something can be automated, we automate it. If scaling needs structure, we build it.
Outside of work, I'm usually in the mountains (hiking, climbing, skiing), trying new food spots in Munich, or deep in some DIY project.
If you want to help build a market ops setup that actually scales across Europe I'd love to talk.
Cheers,
Julius
