Your New Team
You will join our Commercial Asset Management team, which consists of 20 colleagues located across Brazil, Denmark, Germany, Lithuania, and Poland. The team’s primary responsibility is to provide commercial asset management services for renewable energy assets owned by external investors and European Energy’s IPP portfolio.
In Vilnius, you will work closely with colleagues responsible for the Baltics, contributing to the management of solar and wind assets in Lithuania and the surrounding region.
Your New Role
As our new Associate, you will support the commercial asset management of renewable energy projects in Lithuania. You will collaborate with experienced Commercial Asset Managers and contribute to the development of our asset management function.
Scope of Work
- Take commercial responsibility for selected solar PV and wind assets in Lithuania.
- Assist with administrative and ad-hoc tasks, including document handling, data analysis, and communication with business partners.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Group Finance, PPA, and Project teams.
- Support income and expense control for operational projects.
- Follow up on financial budgets, including deviation analysis and liquidity forecasts.
- Assist in contract negotiations and monitor contractual obligations (ratios, guarantees, warranties, etc.).
- Contribute ideas for commercial and financial optimization.
- Support investor and bank reporting.
Qualifications
You probably hold a degree in finance, economics, business administration or similar. You may be newly graduated or with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
In addition, we are looking for:
- Strong financial literacy and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel (financial modelling, reporting, etc.).
- Full professional proficiency in English and Lithuanian.
- You are structured, open-minded, and eager to learn. You have a commercial mindset and enjoy contributing ideas and improvements.
