Technical Operations Manager (m/w/d)

Job Description

As a Technical Operations Manager, you will support asset management in monitoring and maintaining energy parks (wind, PV, BESS).

• You take over new projects into technical operations management
• You develop budget and repair plans
• You monitor the systems and maintain operation logs
• You are responsible for maintaining data in the operations management software (e.g. Rotorsoft)
• You prepare analyses, reports, and evaluations for investors
• You identify and develop technical optimization opportunities
• You oversee scheduling and commissioning of inspections and, if necessary, repairs
• You are responsible for obtaining and comparing quotes for repair work
• Claim management is also part of your responsibilities
• You carry out regular on-site inspections of the facilities

Your Profile

• You have completed vocational training in a technical field, further qualification as a master craftsman or technician, or hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline
• You are medically certified for working at heights (G41 examination)
• Ideally, you have prior experience in the technical operation of renewable energy systems
• You work independently, in a structured and results-oriented manner
• You have strong communication skills
• You have a good command of English
