Senior International Heartbeat Rollout Manager (m/f/d)

Job Description

As Sr. International Heartbeat Rollout Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the expansion of Heartbeat AI, in close collaboration with our international branches. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, ensuring seamless rollout and adoption across multiple markets.

Your Position & Key Responsibilities

• Coordination of International Rollouts: Lead the end-to-end rollout of Heartbeat AI, from requirements gathering in collaboration with local Product Managers to final handover to the respective Operations Teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the key point of contact for local branches, aligning their needs with global objectives and supporting Product Managers in local markets.
• Rollout Task Management: Coordinate all tasks essential for a successful rollout, including defining go-to-market strategies, training and service concepts, reporting frameworks, and more.
• Proactive Obstacle Tackling: Identify and resolve challenges that arise during rollouts, acting as the bridge between the German holding and international branches. Constantly focus on refining the Rollout Process.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with local teams, mobilizing them to champion Heartbeat’s adoption and success in their respective markets.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly track KPIs, monitor progress, provide actionable insights, and ensure transparent reporting to Management.

Your profile

Experience & Background:

• Several years of experience in project or product management, particularly in international contexts and within the renewable energy sector.
• Proven expertise in managing complex product rollouts, from planning to implementation.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align and mobilize international teams around shared objectives.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to tackling challenges during rollout processes.
• Hands-on mentality, coupled with exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with agile environments and experience working in fast-growing companies.
• Proficient in frequent reporting and business intelligence, with an ability to monitor KPIs effectively.

Languages:

• Excellent written and spoken English and German; additional language skills are a plus.
