  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of infrastructure engineers, fostering skill development and collaboration. Allocate resources effectively to support operational and project-based initiatives.
  • Operations and Maintenance: Ensure high availability and performance of infrastructure systems through proactive monitoring and maintenance. Develop and enforce operational best practices, including documentation, change management, and incident response.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement security measures to protect systems and data against unauthorized access, threats, and vulnerabilities. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Budgeting and Vendor Management: Manage the infrastructure budget, including hardware, software, and service agreements. Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with business requirements.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in Enterprise Infrastructure in order to recommend innovative solutions. Identify and implement opportunities to improve reliability, security and system performance.
  • Future Team Leadership: As the role evolves, the successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a team of direct reports.
