A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Manages Reliability Engineer Team to deliver production environment changes, ensure application uptime SLAs, and provide timely solutions for escalated incidents.
• Works with the RE Team to bridge development to production using CI/CD frameworks to ensure stability and minimal downtime to customers.
• Assists with coordination of Production Release Management framework & communications.
• Leads Major Incident responses including incident bridge call coordination, communications, and post incident reviews.
• Works with Help Desk Manager to track escalated incident trends and Operating Level/Service Level Agreements (OLAs/SLAs) to improve application reliability for our end users.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or related field, or combinations of related education and work experience required.
• Four or more years of technical leadership experience effectively managing or leading IT teams.

$119,294.00 - $172,976.00 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
