Job Description

Take part in the energy transition by joining Vestas, the world leader in wind energy, during your next internship or work-study program!

This internship / work-study program is to be filled in our offices in Paris La Défense.

The Customer Support department, part of the Service Direction, is responsible for the management of maintenance contracts across France. Its core mission is to resolve customer issues efficiently, ensure the rigorous application of maintenance contracts, and act as a key interface between the Customer, Operations, and Technical teams. By maintaining high service standards and fostering strong internal coordination, the department plays a vital role in building trust and retaining customers.

Responsabilities

  • Providing support to improve Data Quality in our systems (Salesforce and SAP Masterdata).
  • Providing support in reporting activities.
  • Proposing and implementing improvements (tools, templates, procedures) to improve processes and simplify reporting activities.
  • Standardizing internal processes related to maintenance contract management and cross-team coordination.
  • Analyzing current practices and identifying areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or master degree in STEM or any technical discipline

  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn, improve processes, and take initiative.
  • Curious, enthusiastic, and open-minded personality.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluent in French and English.
