We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Construction Project Engineer to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

As a Construction Project Engineer at Flower Tech, you will play a crucial role in our Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) team, working closely with our Exploration & Production (E&P) domain. Our EPC team is responsible for the entire lifecycle of our BESS projects, from engineering and procurement to construction management. You will work in collaboration with various teams to ensure the successful completion of our projects, and you will report to the Procurement & Construction Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Procurement & Construction Manager in managing assigned projects, from pre-construction to commissioning, ensuring they stay within budget and schedule.
  • Interact with project stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, grid operators, and local authorities, to ensure project progress aligns with the plan.
  • Coordinate on-site services and installations, such as temporary facilities, waste management, and security measures.
  • Ensure proper document control practices are maintained.
  • Lead or participate in weekly team meetings with external parties for responsible projects.



  • Engineering degree or equivalent construction management experience.
  • Knowledge of construction management processes.
  • Fluency in English (Swedish is a plus).
  • Willingness to travel to project sites.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ownership of tasks and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.


  • Experience with AutoCAD, BIM, or equivalent software.
  • Previous involvement in large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with construction project controls and tools (scheduling, budgeting, forecasting).
  • Competence in electrical design, including battery cells, transformers, inverters, switchgear, cabling, and more.
  • Low/Medium/High voltage electrical certification or experience.
  • Ability to read and assess electrical engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency in Swedish, German, Dutch, or French.
  • Experience in electrical and construction quality assurance and management.
  • Solid knowledge of health, safety, and environment (HSE) practices.
