Job Description

Reporting to the Construction Director, the Energy Construction Project Manager is responsible for the integral management of the assigned EPC contracts, acting as the representative of the owner.

Main functions:

  • Lead the development of project goals in accordance with the terms and conditions of the EPC contract.
  • Ensure compliance with the EPC contract conditions in terms of budget, time and quality.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the owner’s engineering team responsible for the engineering construction, and commissioning supervision.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with all project stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Manage the different permits, licenses and authorizations with the administrations for the project commissioning.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
  • Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting requirements.


  • Industrial Engineering degree or similar studies.
  • Minimum of 5 years professional experience as project manager. Experience in the energy sector will be valued.
  • Experience as Owner Engineer.
  • Solid negotiation skills.
  • Solid technical knowledge of renewable energy technologies will be valued.
  • Strong communication skills, able to confidently interface with all stakeholders.
  • Business fluency in English. Other languages will be advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel regularly as per projects needs.
  • Driving license.
  • Office 365.
