PRODEVAL Corp, headquartered in Schaumburg, IL, is an established international company specializing in designing and manufacturing Biogas upgrading equipment. Our products are used in converting biogas into biomethane, which creates a 100% renewable energy that can be used to replace reliance on fossil fuels. We are in the process of expanding in North America and are searching for an experienced sales manager to join our growing team in the United States.


We believe tomorrow will be a global world fueled by renewable energy produced locally. Through continual recovery and recycling of organic waste to create renewable gas (Biomethane), global warming can be minimized.

We operate in 4 interdependent industrial fields: biogas upgrading, green mobility (Bio-LNG), CO2 liquefaction, and after-sales service (maintenance, training, etc.).


Manage and supervise project execution operations:

  • Assign, schedule, and coach employees in their duties for project execution success (based on cost, quality, and delay pillars), including project management, engineering and production follow-up, to delivery, construction and commissioning phases of the plants
  • Coordinate product development with the Engineering department
  • Analyze and improve existing organizational processes and workflow. Create new ones when required
  • Ensure activities integration as per the Group’s organization, especially project management, construction and commissioning activities
  • Support Managing Director in building alliances and partnerships with other organizations (vendors selection, technical integration of equipment, conduct audits, make technical and economical reviews, resolve problems)
  • Facilitate problem solving and manage customer conflict to ensure its satisfaction
  • Be responsible for budget and expenses related to Operation Service
  • Lead profit center performance

Management and federate the team

  • Hire, train, and manage staff and daily operational activities
  • Onboard new employees, convey and promote the company’s culture
  • Manage team performance, by setting up SMART objectives, follow team’s KPI and conducting regular interviews

Report activities to the parent company and support subsidiary development.

  • Provide accurate and timely reports
  • Support technical sales development (RFQ analyses, validate specs, review of non-standard quotes)
  • Participate in product development needs analyses and propose technical solutions in cooperation with marketing and sales management
  • Participate in the technological and competitor watch on the territory


  • Full-time job
  • Based in Schaumburg. You will be traveling through North America for the first months of your onboarding and then will be in the office.

  • A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field
  • Experience as a services manager in the mechanical or electrical industry
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing through contracts
  • Strong teamwork, ability to instruct and motivate others
