Our activities are focused on the design, development, management, and operation of renewable energy sources, namely solar, and wind, as well as new technologies such as storage.


  • Manage day-to-day data entry for solar construction management purposes
  • Review the current reporting tools, assess their effectiveness, and propose new/alternative/improved solutions
  • Standardize reports across stakeholders within the company
  • Evaluate current documentation management system
  • Assist in compilation of project financial data
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to come up with ideas and solutions in development of visual reports and dashboards using Power BI tool
  • Coordinate with other departments within the company (Business Process Acceleration/IT/ Finance/Supply Chain Management etc.) to identify best practices related to the management of data and information sharing
  • Participate in weekly project management meetings

Learning Outcomes

  • Quantitative skills using Excel as a support tool
  • Proficiency in developing visual reports and dashboards using Power BI
  • Overall development of practical skills in the intersection of solar construction management, data analysis, and collaboration across departments
  • Understanding of main steps in the development of solar projects
  • Understanding of basic business and financial data

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor of Engineering, Engineering Management or equivalent
