Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager in our Technology Enablement Team at Flo. Bring your ideas—the wilder and the crazier, the better — and establish Flo as the go-to renewable electricity retailer in Singapore and Australia.

Hi, we’re Flo, and we are on a mission to switch as many people and businesses as possible to clean, renewable energy.

We do that by making clean energy as cheap as conventional energy, investing in smart technology to reduce our operating costs and passing the savings to our members. And yes, it's not impossible.

What you will be doing

As a product manager, you will be empowered to lead cross functional teams, take ownership and drive impact to our users and business.

You will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the features/products and their requirements within your team’s scope. You will work closely with the development team to ensure that the features/products we build are reliable, scalable and viable and are delivered timely.

You are the voice of our users, and your understanding of the market and the competition will be pivotal in making informed decisions about the product's direction to help shape the future of Flo Energy.

You will be a good candidate if you can

• Set clear product priorities/roadmaps (in collaboration with stakeholders/business owners) with a strategic mindset, taking into account user needs, market conditions, future trends and business direction.
• Have excellent communication (both verbal and written) and collaboration skills fostering effective cross-team collaboration across business stakeholders, design, product and engineering teams to achieve our goals.
• Develop user stories and create high-quality business analysis artefacts-including specifications, requirement documents, wireframes, acceptance criteria as needed.
• Identify problems and solve them in a structured manner - including defining and understanding the problem space, analyzing requirements and translating them into functional and technical solutions.
• Demonstrate strong data-driven, analytical mindset and skills to inform product and business decisions including prioritization of features. Able to craft appropriate metrics to track and instrument across our product journeys.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with key internal stakeholders, leveraging their feedback to shape product development.
• Work closely with other Product Managers to synchronise delivery through collaboration of different workstreams.

Extra points if you:

• Have previous experience working in the Energy Retail sector
• Have some background in Billing, Pricing, Finance or Accounting
• Managed a product that serves and supports multiple markets
• A deep interest in sustainability, green energy and achieving net zero
