Senior Product Innovation Manager

RABOT Charge has an opening for a Senior Product Innovation Manager to lead strategic product innovation initiatives. As a Senior Product Innovation Manager, you will drive the entire product lifecycle, from idea generation to prototype development and testing. You will report to the CPO and work together to set a strategic vision for the function and forge cross-functional partnerships across the organization.

Your Impact

• Drive the development of MVPs and oversee pilot projects to validate new products and features.
• Lead the collaboration with engineering teams to plan and execute strategic innovative product cycles.
• Utilize data-driven methodologies to ensure our products align with customer needs and market dynamics.
• Guide the discovery and delivery phases of product development, ensuring effective and efficient transitions.
• Spearhead the generation and development of new product ideas, leading R&D efforts to explore and capitalize on new opportunities.
• Develop and refine compelling product stories and promotional materials in partnership with the marketing team.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to maintain RABOT Charge's competitive edge.
• Create an innovation process for new product ideas

• Product and/or Innovation Background: Extensive experience in leading and managing product innovation initiatives, with a deep understanding of the product lifecycle.
• Data-Driven: Advanced proficiency in leveraging data to drive strategic product decisions and measure outcomes.
• **Cross-Functional Team Experience: Proven track record of leading and collaborating with engineering teams and other cross-functional teams.
• Experience with KPIs: Demonstrated success in setting, tracking, and achieving key performance indicators at a strategic level.
• Discovery/Delivery: Expertise in managing and optimizing the discovery and delivery phases of product development.
• MVP and Pilot Project Management: Significant experience in building and managing MVPs and pilot projects.
• Product Testing: Advanced skills in testing new products and iterating based on sophisticated feedback mechanisms.
• **R&D: Strong background in research and development, with a focus on driving high-impact innovation.
• Idea Generation: Highly creative thinker with a proven ability to generate and develop innovative product ideas.
• Prototype Development and Testing: Extensive experience in developing and testing high-fidelity prototypes.
• Executive-Level Interaction: Ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization, including the CEO and executive team.
• **Language Skills: Fluency in German (C1) and English is crucial for effective communication with our diverse customer base and stakeholders.
• Location: Be based OR be willing to relocate to Hamburg
