Your future plans

  • Mapping, analysis, optimization and automation of key processes and existing reports
  • Developing an understanding of customer expectations and identifying quality targets and standards (e.g. quality frameworks) to measure the operational stability and efficiency of the IT delivery model
  • Identifying improvement and automation opportunities and monitoring the measures to guarantee process optimization
  • Contribution of process expertise to higher-level IT projects and support in process modelling
  • Preparation, moderation and follow-up of workshops with the aim of process documentation / process optimization
  • Development and establishment of a management reporting system with the purpose of providing an overview of group-wide IT performance and ensuring continuous progress / status reviews
  • Ensure that management reporting is aligned with other roles / responsibilities in Central IT (Strategy, PMO and People / Capacity) and the establishment of up-to-date service / operations reporting within Central IT
  • Process-related support for stakeholders in central projects, e.g. designing processes as part of the introduction of a new GRC tool or updating the processes for the New Software Request

Your powerful skills

  • University degree e.g. in business administration, business informatics, mechanical engineering
  • Knowledge in the area of process modelling and optimization / automation, according to the known notations (e.g. BPMN 2.0 or EPK)
  • First professional experience in IT performance / process management, reporting and benchmarking, preferably with an energy industry background
  • Excellent moderation and presentation skills (German and English) and the ability to design and conduct workshops
  • Expertise in classic and agile project management / organizations
  • Experience and confidence in working across different departments, operating companies and management levels
  • Proactive and solution-orientated working style with an agile mindset that helps to work together in different team constellations
