Contract Verification Specialist
Support Channel team by reviewing contracts, ensuring completion of projects, proposing improvements. Hybrid role based in St. Rose, LA. Requires 1-2 years Customer Service experience, solar power knowledge preferred.
The Contracts Verification Specialist is responsible for two critical functions of our business - reviewing and approving the contracts for our Channel Program, and ensuring full completion of projects for PosiGen. The specialist is responsible for ensuring that new deals for the Channel program meet our program guidelines and are reviewed and processed in a timely manner. They will serve as the first transactional interaction of Channel Operations and Channel Partners. They will also assist in proposing any program, system changes, improvements, or trends to management.
This role is hybrid, based out of our St. Rose, LA office
Essential Job Functions
- Support the Channel team in the capacity of an administrative professional
- Places outbound calls to customers to review all information and upcoming steps in the post sale - system activation process
- High volume of packet reviews in a timely manner to support NTP approval
- Ensure sure that the packet submission has all of the correct/updated information components
- Research ownership/property address issues with various Parish/County government offices
- Verifying that all documents are completed/uploaded by Channel Partners in order to comply with Document Control regulations
- Making sure that all original documents are collected from the sales team for Document Control auditing purposes
- Review proposals, validate production, and confirm savings via load calculations, shade reports, and various other tools
- Communicating with partners on needs or feasibility results from operations
- Ensure proper post installation documentation has been completed and uploaded
- Ensure system ownership of monitoring sites has been successfully transferred to PosiGen
- Verify System is Operational and ready for final stages of Boarding Process
- Interact with Management, and several internal departments as needed on a daily basis
- Follow up on aging customer statuses in Salesforce. Includes reporting status regularly
Education/Experience
- High School Diploma
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
- Excellent Customer Service experience and skills are required
- Knowledge of solar power energy field (Strongly Preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce CRM software a plus
- Experience with DrawLoop and Docusign software a plus
- Proficient use of Google Suite (Email, Meet, Chat, Drive) as well as other database programs
