What we are looking for

We are seeking a highly motivated HR professional to join our team as an HR Administrator with both strategic and coordinator responsibilities. This role combines the coordination and administrative tasks required to support various HR initiatives with the opportunity to work in an evolving business and gain strategic HR generalist experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and coordination skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Own the onboarding process for new joiners to ensure compliance with new-hire requirements, as well as streamlining to ensure the onboarding process is smooth, efficient, and a positive experience for new employees.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes, such as promotions, transfers, and separations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, including employee data, benefits information, and performance evaluations, using HRIS systems.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, recognition programs, and events, to foster a positive work environment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to promote consistency and compliance across the organization.
  • Coordinate and partner with the recruiting team to ensure consistency and compliance with the selection process, job postings, conducting interviews and facilitating the onboarding process.
  • Compile and analyze HR data to generate insights and trends, and present findings to HR leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and diversity metrics, to support data-driven decision-making.

Basic Qualifications Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, including HR business coordination and administration responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Experience in coordinating recruitment processes and onboarding new employees.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems (Workday experience a plus!) and other HR-related software applications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.

Onsite in Boulder, CO

Salary Range

$65,350.00 - $91,550.00
