Sales Manager, MSS, Spain (m/f/d)
Join Canadian Solar as a Sales Manager in Madrid, Spain, to drive module sales and build customer relationships.
Job Description
To strengthen our modules business in Spain, we are seeking a Sales Manager to join the regional team. The respective person will determine, understand, develop, and manage opportunities in both Residential and Small Commercial scale area.
Key Responsibilities May Include
- Generate modules sales in the respective markets
- Intensive cultivation of relationships with existing customers
- Acquisition of new customers by location decision makers and building stable sales relationships
- Negotiation of price, volume, contract terms and conditions with customers
- Coordination with internal departments to solve commercial, technical and financial challenges
- Documentation of the sales process and ensuring high data accuracy
- Representation of the company`s brand at customers and at trade shows
- Creation of awareness and demand for company products
Competencies
- Proactive attitude, pragmatic mind set and possessing a sense of urgency
- Result driven and hands on work approach
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
Languages
- Fluent in English & Spanish
- Italian is a big plus; any other languages will be an advantage

Your Backpack is Filled With
- Business studies or Technical background such as electronics or engineering studies
- WELL CONNECTED in the field of solar business with min. 3-5 years working experience
- Good technical knowledge of solar modules or inverters
- Experience with value selling and designing an account penetration strategy/plan
- Familiar with the pursuing interests of the players in the different solar sectors (distributor, medium and big sized installers
- High proficiency of MS Office applications and Sales Force.com
- Willingness to travel
