Main responsabilities:

• Scheduling appointments: coordinating appointments between sales managers and potential customers who have already shown interest in our products (warm leads). This may include managing calendars, finding available slots, and communicating with both parties to confirm appointment times.
• Communication with customers: being involved in initial communication with our potential customers to establish interest and appointment details. This can include initial questions, providing information and adjusting additional detail

Qualifications

• Excellent proficiency in the Italian language, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to learn.
• Team spirit and positive attitude.
• Availability to work from our office in Tirana.
