We are seeking an equally passionate Contract Approval Specialist to help further our mission through excellent attention to detail, customer service, and a team-focused approach.
Essential Job Functions
- Confirm completion and upload of all documents by the sales team to comply with Document Control regulations.
- Conduct outbound customer calls to perform a ‘Welcome Call.’
- Receive inbound calls from the sales team, and perform a live review of submitted deals.
- Schedule site survey appointments using the job scheduler, ensuring contractor and technician availability.
- Collaborate with sales professionals to facilitate contract progress and coordinate calls as necessary.
- Efficiently review a high volume of sales appointment packets.
- Collaborate to meet deadlines for updated documents and regulations.
- Research ownership and property address issues with Parish/County government offices.
- Verify receipt of proper loan approvals for sold systems.
- Collect original documents from the sales team for Document Control auditing.
- Review Salesforce reports to monitor upcoming sales appointments and document status.
- Engage with internal departments, including management, office, and field personnel, on a daily basis.
- Follow up on aging customer statuses in Salesforce and provide regular status reports.
- Perform general office management and administrative tasks, including filing, faxing, scanning, and organizing sales documents and marketing materials.
Education/Experience
- High School Diploma
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service role required.
- Knowledge of solar power energy field preferred.
- Experience with Five9 or similar telecommunications suite, a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Excellent Customer Service experience and skills are required.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM software a plus.
- Bilingual a plus.
- Experience with DrawLoop and Docusign software a plus.
- Proficient use of Google Suite (Email, Meet, Chat, Drive) as well as other database programs.
