We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product team. You’ll be responsible for leading the development of our customer-facing products, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and marketing.
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
• Analyze product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize the user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with user research and data analysis to inform product decisions.
• A passion for building products that improve the customer experience and drive business results.
