Responsibilities

• Drafting of the necessary drawings for project-related permit applications
• Check and validation of technical documents provided by third-party lenders
• Support for the finalization of necessary project permit applications to achieve RtB status;
• Support for finding and coordinating vendors for the analyses and studies required to complete the pre-feasibility analysis and permit applications for projects to achieve RtB status;
• Support for managing and coordinating the relationship with landowners for RtB;
• Relationship management with the administrations involved in the project permitting process up to RtB;
• Support for the preparation and elaboration of the Business Plan of the projects and coordination of the various Bls for obtaining the necessary inputs for the realization of the Business Plans;
• Support for regulatory and normative analysis; and
• Support for internal reporting on project developments and the regulatory and market environment;

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent. Electrical Engineering is a plus
• Master’s degree in a technical field and/or business is a plus
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in greenfield renewable project development.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in project management (PMP qualification is a plus).
• Hands-on experience in Italian or European renewables market.
• Excellent knowledge of the Italian energy sector, regulation and regulatory environment.
• Track record in managing small, multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams.
• Strong network of contacts with the local authorities and regulators.
• Experience in closing finance or overseeing construction
• Fluent English
