Sales Dealer Channel Manager

Haven guides homeowners through the selection, quoting, financing and scheduling of a home solar or battery system, and we pair homeowners with vetted, qualified electricians to perform the installation. Job Summary
The Sales Dealer Channel Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding our network of solar and battery sales dealers. This role involves developing strategic partnerships, driving sales growth, and ensuring dealer success through comprehensive support and training. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Dealer Network Strategy
- Identify and onboard new solar sales dealers to expand the network.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth through the dealer network.
- Set and achieve sales targets in collaboration with dealers.

Dealer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new dealers.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and resources to help dealers succeed.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans as needed.

Sales, Marketing and Product Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Work with the Product team to define and iterate on software tools that can help grow the channel.
- Provide dealers with up-to-date product information and sales tools.
- Organize and conduct training sessions, webinars, and workshops for dealers.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Monitor dealer performance and track key metrics to ensure targets are met.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare regular reports on dealer performance and provide actionable insights.

Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Ensure dealers adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and address any issues promptly.
- Provide guidance on best practices and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the solar industry.
- Strong understanding of renewable energy and solar products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel as required.
