We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product team. You’ll be responsible for leading the development of our customer-facing products, working closely with our engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality features that meet our customers’ needs.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the product development process from discovery to delivery, ensuring that we’re building the right things for our customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritise product features and requirements
• Conduct user research and testing to validate product ideas and gather feedback
• Use data to inform product decisions and measure success
• Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and the wider team
• Mentor and support other product managers in the team

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a technology or digital product environment
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies, including Agile and Lean
• Experience conducting user research and testing, and using data to inform product decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• A passion for building great products that solve real customer problems
