Settlement Specialist

This year we’re on a mission to make OEB famous by providing outrageously good customer service, the best products in the market and a sky high billing performance.

We’re going through a period of huge growth (we’ve more than doubled our customer base in the last year) and are looking for new industry settlement specialists to join us on our journey.

What you'll do

• Specialise in half-hourly settlement processes
• Provide outrageously good customer service by answering phone lines and emails
• Spend some time each week to work on projects or upskill in other areas

You're a great fit if

• You thrive in a fast paced environment
• You love working with data
• You have a good understanding of energy data flows (especially HH) and working exceptions
• You excel at building rapport with internal teams and external third parties such as the MOP and DC
• You own it! - whether its a case, a process, or a mistake
• You keep things simple
