Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to produce scalable software solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

Your Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable web services, APIs and backend data modules.
- Writing low-level and high-level code
- Identifying bottlenecks and improving software efficiency
- Collaborating with the design team on developing microservices
- Understand requirements and develop reusable code using design patterns & component architecture and write unit test cases.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to elicit and understand the requirements and develop solutions.
- Stay current with latest tools, technology ideas and methodologies; share knowledge by clearly articulating results and ideas to key decision makers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or computer science preferred
- 5+years of experience as a full stack engineer
- Advanced knowledge of front-end languages and libraries including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue, Svelte
- Proficient in at least one back-end language such as Java, Python, Rails, Ruby, .NET, and PHP
- Knowledge of database systems and SQL
- Advanced troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills
- High-level project management skills
Your Location
Because much of the US Engineering team is based in Denver, CO, it is required that the selected candidate be located in the Denver area. The role will include occasional work at a GridX shared office or attendance at offsites and/or customer sites, as determined by your role’s responsibilities and agreed to with your manager.

Compensation
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected base salary range for this role in the Denver area is $155,000 to $160,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
