Your new area of responsibility - challenging and future-oriented

Apply now for the position of Finance Head of PTI and Finance Head Geo GSW Germany and you will drive, ensure, and optimize all relevant finance related processes within SI GSW PTI/ GSW Germany in terms of budget, forecast, monthly reporting, deviation analyses etc.

You’ll partner with the SI GSW PTI/ GSW Germany Head and will be part of the GSW FIN leadership team.

You’ll be accountable for achieving global financial KPIs together with the technical Head of SI GSW PTI and SI GSW Germany.

• Functional and disciplinary lead the finance team for PTI HQ / GSW Germany business taking financial and commercial responsibility for the whole value creation process – starting from sales phase throughout execution
• Ensure and enforce effective internal controls, policies and procedures in compliance with IFRS and company policies
• Support in operational finance administration with hands on attitude including negotiation with external customers
• Be the entrepreneur for global PTI finance. Act as commercial partner to the Head of PTI/GSW Germany and assume responsibility for financial performance e.g. actively drive cost control, forecasting and budgeting process
• Drive the Digitalization in PTI Performance Controlling, e.g. through implementing Business Intelligence Tools
• Support to establish a global CRM system based on salesforce.com and ensure proper data quality
• Drives improvement of overall business performance and develop and implement new business models for scalable business
• Support strategic PTI / GSW Germany initiatives such as global offering & ordering models along with other process improvements and initiatives in GSW Germany together with GSW Germany Head

Your qualifications - solid and adequate

• Degree in finance (Bachelor/Master) and at least 5 years of relevant business experience required
• Strong understanding of project/system and/or consulting business, including underlying business models
• Experience in managing and leading international teams and projects
• Experience in international business transaction with focus on product/system and/or consulting business is a strong plus
• Strong Excel, MS office, reporting and presentation skills. Experience with BI-tools (SAP/BW, Tableau, Essbase, SAP Business Objects) is a plus
• Strong skills in SAP/BW offering and ordering process
• Strong written, communication and presentation skills in English and German language
• Strong skills in data analytics and business-oriented visualization
