Then we are looking for you! We at Kraftblock are looking for ambitious and motivated talents (from the green tech and sustainability scene) who want to gain their first professional experience and actively contribute to the development of our startup.
As an IT generalist, you will play a central role in the integration, administration and maintenance of our IT systems at Kraftblock. With your current knowledge and motivation, you will become a valuable part of our multidisciplinary team and work directly with the CEO and COO.
- You will ensure the integration, administration and maintenance of our IT system and thus create the basis for growth opportunities at Kraftblock.
- Your main tasks include cloud migration, computing and cloud architecture.
- You take care of system architecting & cyber security.
- You are responsible for process design & documentation (BPMN 2.0) and operationalization in our daily work using process tools (e.g. BIC from GBTEC).
- You will be involved in the implementation of SAP S/4 Hana, support our daily business processes and support the introduction of a new document management system.
- You will help to design and continuously improve our IT processes and structures.
- You will be the main point of contact for our IT system and support and train our users in its effective use.
- You will help your colleagues with software and hardware problems.
What do you bring?
- You have just completed your Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Business Informatics or a related field.
- Initial practical experience in the IT sector, ideally through internships or projects in start-ups or industry, is an advantage.
- Preferably you have knowledge of SAP or are willing to familiarize yourself with the system.
- You have experience in process design, e.g. BPMN 2.0, and understand how to integrate processes with a company's IT landscape.
- You have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
- You can work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a timely manner.
- You have a strong commitment and agile mindset to deliver high quality results.
- You have a very good command of English, knowledge of German is desirable.
