Elaborates and analyzes Quality concepts, methods, tools and procedures as parts of effective Quality Management Systems, in a specific Quality area, or in an assigned organization unit.

How to Contribute to Our Vision
- Execute physical inspections (measurements) on heavy tubular sheet metal constructions.
- Prepares Quality-related analyses, concepts, methods and tools, for respective management to decide.
- Advice business accountable management in specific Quality-related issues.
- Ensures and Implements quality related standards, guidelines and programs in a specific quality area, or in organizational unit(s) assigned.
- Analyzes working environment and proposes improvements to management.
- Keeps abreast of industry and legal trends in a specific quality area.
- Drives and coaches unit-related general Quality projects in a specific Quality area.
- Contributes to budget planning processes.
- Trains employees in a specific quality area.
- Coordinates a group of quality related staff without leading the team.
- Ensures effective cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders; clarifies issues.
What You Need to Make a Difference
A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…
- At least 3 years of experience as a Quality Inspector in the sheet metal construction or automotive industry. Experience with welding / NDT processes.
- Level of English: Advanced
- NDT Level II certification is a plus
- Technical knowledge:
- Able to execute physical inspections (measurements) on heavy tubular sheet metal constructions
- Knowledgeable of heavy sheet metal fabrication processes
- Knowledgeable of welding / NDT processes and standards
- Knowledgeable of painting processes
- Knowledgeable of complex mechanical and electrical assembly processes
