We are looking for you as an addition to our product & tech team in Berlin, Hamburg, Munich or remote. 1KOMMA5° is building Germany's largest one-stop-shop for sale, installation and services related to solar, heat pumps, electricity and charging infrastructure. Your mission
- Lead International Energy Markets: Oversee and guide our international activities across diverse energy markets, ensuring competitive positioning and growth in each region
- Operational Leadership: Direct and manage energy operations teams in markets where we function as an energy supplier and ensure efficient, safe, and compliant operations while driving continuous improvement and innovation
- Strategic Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align our energy market strategies with overall business goals, leveraging market insights to drive decision-making and strategy development
- Partnership Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with energy partners, including suppliers, regulators, and other stakeholders, to enhance collaboration and achieve strategic objectives
- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities and mitigate risks in our energy operations
- Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the energy operations division
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in energy operations and develop robust strategies to mitigate them, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Your profile
You have:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in international energy markets, with a proven track record of success in operational and strategic leadership roles
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams across multiple geographies and functional areas, with a hands-on approach and strong operational focus
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically while managing the tactical details of energy operations, balancing short-term needs with long-term objectives
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and German, with the ability to influence and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess situations and make informed decisions
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving positive change
- Communication: Effective communication skills in English, German is a plus
