As a Backend Developer in the Homevolt Team, you'll be at the forefront of driving change and innovation.

Your mission includes

  • Building and maintaining device integrations. This will be for our own and our partner's hardware.
  • Implementing backend logic. This is to be done for Homevolt and it’s integrations with app and firmware.
  • Collaboration and improving ways of working. Contributing to general architecture, best practices, and engineering culture at Homevolt.

Qualifications and Experiences

  • Tech expertise. Comfortable designing and maintaining software in technologies like .NET (8.0) and Python (These are the technologies you will be working with).
  • Microservices experience. Knowledgeable with microservices architecture in high throughput cloud environments. Preferably AWS.
  • Meritorious experience. Knowing some of these technologies is useful in this role. Microsoft Orleans, REST, GraphQL, Terraform, Docker, AMQP, Kubernetes, Typescript, Javascript or Flutter.
  • Relevant experience. Experience with IoT or any device integration is a huge plus for this role.
  • Industry expertise. Understanding of the energy or battery industry is a bonus.
  • Culturally in sync. Curious and collaborative mindset with a bold yet humble approach to engineering.
