Job Description

The Operational Excellence team is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on identifying opportunities for process optimization, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans
• Analyze data to measure performance and identify trends
• Develop and deliver training programs to promote a culture of continuous improvement
• Monitor and report on the progress of improvement initiatives
• Provide guidance and support to teams in the implementation of best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3+ years of experience in process improvement or operational excellence roles
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
