Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.

About the job and your team

Monitor and maintain the network infrastructure of Hydro, along with detecting and resolving network issues to minimize downtime and maintain business continuity.

You will work on

  • Operation of corporate network / Incident and change management (2nd level support)
  • Vendor management
  • Manage and operate LAN (Local Area Network) of all remote Hydro sites globally
  • Administration, Patch and life cycle management
  • Create and maintain network documentation
  • Support the team members in their daily technical questions
  • Participate in internal network & security projects
  • Perform all other tasks upon the instructions of the superior in charge which may be necessitated by the operations of the Network and which do not conflict with any applicable laws, statutory provisions and company rules.

Your qualifications and skills

  • 1-3 year of experience
  • Education, specific skills
  • CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge is required
  • Fluent in English is mandatory. Any other language is a plus
